Job Title: Sales Consultant: Energy Team

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for the sale of energy efficient lighting systems for a variety of commercial applications. This will include scheduling energy assessments to demonstrate the feasibility and cost savings for businesses that converts to an energy efficient lighting solution.

Candidates will be responsible for identifying and prospecting leads to generate sales that meet or exceed stated revenue expectations.
Job Duties: Makes daily outbound calls and/or emails to targeted accounts, introducing company's products and services, generating leads, and setting appointments. This includes prospecting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Supplies promotional information and proposals to selected customers in assigned territory via email, appointments or formal presentations.
Arranges for assessments of customer's existing lighting. Develops and presents benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceed customers' requirements resulting in the development of new business from new or existing accounts.
Follows-up on all customer presentations with intent to close the business in accordance with stated standards of performance.
Maintains a detailed customer relationship management database reflecting all calls, appointments and related activities. Continuously updates the customer database with new prospects and contact information.
Provide weekly sales status updates as required by Sales Management.
Acts as the primary point of contact for all customer orders ensuring delivery and installation to meet customer requirements.
Maintains communication with trade ally representatives for the purpose of providing accurate and up-to-date information on rebates and incentives available to prospective customers.
Represents PDC and its products at industry and business events.
Meets or exceeds company's revenue and gross profit expectations.
Participate in training events as needed to enhance understanding of products.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in telephone sales, telemarketing or a related field.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic computer skills are required.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Description: As a full time, outside sales representative, you will promote and sell products that are suited towards the customers' needs. Need to be highly self-motivated, work independently, hardworking and have the desire to create relationships and enjoy the sales challenge.
Job Duties: You will call on existing customers and have the ability to find new prospects to facilitate long term successful relationships. Follow up on pricing quotations, job bids, solicit orders and CLOSE business.
Qualifications: High School education or better (Bachelor degree preferred but not required).
Insured, licensed driver with dependable vehicle.
1 yr Outside Sales Experience preferred, but will train the right person if personality is a fit.
Must be motivated and have desire to excel in sales position.
Good with basic math. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experienced using Word, Excel, and social media.
